Team QSI is proud to announce another TEAMS-RDS release.
Support for Azure SQL Server is here. Customers requested, QSI delivered. Scripts are included with the Enterprise installer. Along with a database configuration file that helps bootstrap the configuration process.
More on the support front, is Windows Server 2022 support. Wether hosting your own physical machine, virtual machine or up in the cloud, TEAMS-RDS will run without issue on Windows Server 2022.
Guided Troubleshooting now allows users to attach files at any step of the session. By default, only JPEG images are allowed to be attached. Quick configuration change will allow more types of files.
Additionally, Guided Troubleshooting now allows users to provide feedback at any step of the session. Step feedback form can be customized in the same way that the end of session feedback form can be.
On the security side of things, some native components have been updated.
See the third-party library report for more details.

Team QSI is proud to announce another TEAMS-RDS release in the pipeline.
User Management page for System Admins and Administrators has some new features lurking. First you can now search for users. Enter any piece of user information stored in TEAMS-RDS to find user(s). Second enabled / disabled users are now visually differentiated. Hovering over a user’s login name will tell you the exact status of the user. Third you can enable / disable a user right from the page. No more having to export to CSV, edit and import.
On the security side of things, we updated some native components.

Team QSI is pleased to announce another release of the 13.0.x series in 2022. ?
In 13.0.2, you will find some epic features along with the usual bug fixes.
First off, DFT feedback now highlights the links to Transmitters and the links to Receivers. Users can also traverse the Receivers by right clicking on a Transmitter in DFT. Should help to make more sense of your model.
Next, fault trees can now be generated in batches. No more 1 tree, then another and … you get the picture. Have no fear, you will not be headed to the command line to generate the trees in batch. TEAMS-Designer comes with a GUI to select the effects and options. Requires your license to have the Advanced FMECA option.
Hope you like the release! We’ll see you next time partner …
Team QSI is proud to announce another TEAMS-RDS release in the pipeline.
Some issues with the session log reporting facility were fixed in this release. Session status contained an integer value when it should have been a string. Now we will only ever output a string value.
Online case suspends and resumes are being added to the session log report. Done to keep consistency between TEAMATE and TEAMS-RDS. To better help you capture metrics of your Field Service organizations performance.
On the security side of things, we updated two native components.
See you next release!
We are glad to announce the release of TEAMS-Designer 13.0.1.
13.0.0 is all about
All Java and native dependencies have been upgraded to the latest version. Visual C++, SoftwareKey, cURL, OpenSSL, eXpat, Tcl/Tk. Latest versions keep away the security vulnerabilities. No log4j to speak of!
Big gains on the licensing front. Upgrade has paved the way for the same licensing we use on Windows to be supported on Linux! No more license.dat email requests. Run a command line application to perform an activation with the license server. License file is created for you. Additionally the license can be deactivated so that TEAMS-RDS can be moved to another server without going through support channels!
See the third party library report for a detailed listing of those dependencies.
We are glad to announce the release of TEAMS-Designer 13.0.0.

TEAMS-RDS 12.1.5 and 12.5.5 mitigate CVE-2021-44228 by dropping Log4J as a dependency. TEAMS-RDS will now delegate all logging to Tomcat which utilizes the JDK’s Logging facilities.
