This promotional offer can be converted to a lifetime license for an upfront fee of 2-years subscription plus 20% Annual ME&S every year, starting at the first year.
This translates to a first year fee $3600/named user (including ME&S) and $600/named user (100 user minimum) for subsequent years. The Annual ME&S software bug-fixes, updates and upgrades to new versions of all software. New users can be added anytime using the same pricing, as long as ME&S is renewed without lapses.
For larger service organizations, the licensing fees are capped at $1,200,000 for year 1, and $200,000 for subsequent years. So, the licensing fee is capped at that of 333 users, irrespective of the number of users in your enterprise. However, if the ME&S is allowed to lapse, the license will revert to 333 named users.
