QSI's Testability, Engineering And Maintenance System (TEAMS) is made up of distinct components that can be used together or severally in different configurations. We also provide custom software design, software integration, and software engineering services.
The TEAMS MODEL captures a system's structure, interconnections, tests, procedures, and failures. The model links these failures to the system's built-in tests, troubleshooting steps, and repair procedures.

TEAMS-RT is a fast and compact reasoner that continuously processes all the built-in test results—fail and pass—against the relationships from the TEAMS model. It runs the TEAMS model in the on-board computer, providing.real-time diagnostics and system health monitoring. |
TEAMS-KB knowledge base is a database of failure modes, text and media (photos, videos, drawings, etc) of repair procedures, results of diagnostic sessions, and other information used by the system to generate procedures and reports. |
TEAMATE is the application, running on a laptop, handheld or any portable device that allows every technician to perform to the same high standard. TEAMATE displays precise step-by-step instructions based on the model, current symptoms, and optimization algorithms.

TEAMATE can run in standalone mode, or connected via a network to TEAMS-RDS. It starts troubleshooting right from where TEAMS-RT (or your built-in test) left off.
