Phase 1:
Helps you discover the power of the TEAMS® solution first hand by creating a Proof of Concept solution that allows you to accurately quantify the ROI and make the business case for your service organization.  QSI offers you all the necessary software in a package with support and guidance to develop the TEAMS® solution that will enable your technicians to perform at an expert level.

 

The Phase I package includes:

  • 1 Week On Site TEAMS® Training and Modeling Workshop
  • Seven  4-Hour Web Based Workshops
  • Web Hosting for Development, DEMO and Limited Testing
  • 7 Days Business and Solutions Consulting Including ROI, Decision Support, etc.
  • Support for Executive Review with Metrics and Business Case

 

At the end of Phase I you will be able to:

  • Identify the potential for savings in reduced service escalations
  • Shrink the troubleshooting time of all your technicians
  • Quantify the potential for savings in reduced parts consumption
  • Reduce the instances of “No Problem Found”
  • Improve the Mean Time to Repair

Your commitment:

  • Participation of Two Full Time Equivalents for 60 Days

Phase 1 Cost: $50,000

At the end of Phase I, you should have demonstrable proof of the power of the TEAMS® solution and will be positioned to roll out this solution within your enterprise. Phase II of the process provides you with the software needed for deployment.

 
Phase 2:
Provides the licenses you need to deploy the power of the TEAMS® solution throughout your enterprise with two TEAMS-Designer licenses and a TEAMS Remote Diagnostic Server for a production service environment.

 

The Phase 2 Package includes:

  • 2 TEAMS-Designer® Licenses
  • 1 TEAMS-RDS® Server Single CPU License.

This server can support 25 concurrent users and is usually sufficient for a staff of 100 to 250 Service Technicians.

  • Up to 50 TEAMATE® Licenses

 

These Licenses are for situations where Service Technicians cannot access the TEAMS®-RDS Server from the customer site.

Phase 2 provides the means to support a small to medium-sized service organization.
