Qualtech Systems has established a limited time software license subscription plan called ‘Espresso’, that provides all the modeling, stand-alone, and server-based Testability Engineering And Maintenance System (TEAMS ®) software a field service organization needs. Because there is no up-front capital investment, this plan lets new subscribers start slow, evaluate the solution, experience the benefits, and then ramp-up to deployment, on their terms.
TEAMS ® is the only full range, end-to-end diagnostic and health management tool kit available that provides field service engineers (FSE’s) with the highest level of intelligence necessary to tackle any maintenance issue from troubleshooting ; to precise instructions FSE’s need to repair the equipment. The TEAMS ® modeling software creates a deep knowledge base of how systems fail, then the intelligent reasoning software, TEAMATE ®, uses the model to dynamically generate an optimized maintenance procedure to quickly get mission critical equipment working again. TEAMATE ® runs on standalone PCs while TEAMS-RDS ® runs over your company networks or the Internet providing remote monitoring, diagnostics, intelligent troubleshooting, and system health management to thin/web-client users . The Espresso Plan provides a TEAMATE ® license for each FSE, one TEAMS-RDS ® single CPU server license per 100 FSEs, and one TEAMS ® license per 100 FSEs. Level 2 support is included in the pricing to cover upgrades and technical support – there are no additional fees. (Subscription fees are payable quarterly. Prices are adjusted each quarter based on the number of people in a company authorized to use the software (minimum is 100) during the last quarter.
The no risk initial commitment is 90 days. Thereafter, a 30-day cancellation notice is required.
