Job Summary

Qualtech Systems Inc (QSI) is looking for high energy, team oriented and creative marketing professionals who can work on both strategic as well as tactical aspects of marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Help in the creation and communication of a compelling and differentiated message to target customers
• Edit, write, produce marketing collateral as needed
• Provide and coordinate creative services activities such as developing professional printed/electronic marketing material, web graphics and web pages
• Serve as a liaison between QSI and it’s customers, partners, trade associations and media audiences
• Perform corporate communications assignments involving advertising and public relations. Serve as liaison with outside agencies.
• Assist with planning of customer seminars, conferences, trade shows, special promotions and direct mail campaigns
• Coordinate ongoing update of our marketing contacts database
• Support product marketing, internet marketing and market research
• Support customer centric sales process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Marketing. Masters preferred.
• A personality that reflects a high level of professionalism, credibility, positive attitude, willingness to learn and be a team player
• A demonstrable (prior internships etc) passion for marketing
• Excellent listening, judgment, analysis, facilitation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Some familiarity and experience with desktop publishing, graphics illustration/design and multi-media development
• Some familiarity and experience with editing, writing, documentation and marketing communications
• Proficient in using MS Office Tools
